Terms of Coaching
These Terms of Coaching apply to all coaching services provided by Timothé Delure Coaching, an independent coaching practice operating from France.
1. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process designed to support clarity, self-understanding, and personal development. Coaching may involve conversation, inquiry, exercises, and reflective practices.

The services provided are limited to the coaching sessions, materials, and email support explicitly included in the purchased offering.
Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Progress and results depend on many factors, including the client’s engagement, circumstances, and choices.

their own decisions, actions, and well-being
how they choose to apply insights from coaching

Fees for coaching sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
The Client may terminate a multi-session programme at any time by providing written notice and submitting a refund request for any unused sessions.
