I care deeply about connection.
Hey, I’m really glad you’re here.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I’ve never found making friends easy. I’m not quite an introvert, not quite an extrovert, somewhere in between. For much of my adult life, connection has felt important to me, but not always easy to find.
Over time, I came to realise that meaningful connection rarely just happens. It often asks something of us: greater self-understanding, courage, and a willingness to put ourselves in environments where genuine relationships have the chance to grow.
At different points in my life, including when I moved from London to Paris, I experienced firsthand how loneliness, transition, and feeling out of place can shape the way we experience ourselves and others. Those experiences pushed me to become more intentional about connection.
I began getting involved in different communities, meeting new people, and eventually founded Kind Coffee Paris, a community project built around kindness, authenticity, and meaningful conversation.
Through those experiences, I learned something important: connection begins with understanding yourself and grows when you find the right people, spaces, and communities for who you are.
I also began to notice how, in adult life, we are often encouraged to place most of our hopes for connection in romantic relationships. Over time, I came to see how much connection also lives in friendship, community, shared experiences, and a sense of belonging.
Once I stepped outside the idea that connection had to look a certain way, life opened up.
Today, through coaching, I help others do the same.
Alongside my personal experience, I bring a structured and evidence-informed approach to my work. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management from Warwick Business School, where I developed a strong foundation in bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges. Those skills continue to shape the way I coach.
Before becoming a coach, I worked in behavioural insights, helping organisations better understand how people think, relate, and make decisions. Much of this work focused on human behaviour, relationships, and the environments that shape us. It strengthened my belief that connection is central to a meaningful life.
Alongside this, I have spent years creating and facilitating spaces centred around authentic connection, both through community initiatives and pastoral leadership. This has included supporting people through periods of transition, identity shifts, loneliness, and questions of belonging. These experiences deepened my ability to listen carefully and support people without judgement.
My coaching approach is informed by formal training in transformative coaching, alongside ongoing study in psychology, mindfulness, and relational development.
Through this work, I developed The Reconnection Journey, a structured but deeply personal process designed to help people move from feeling disconnected to building relationships, community, and a life that feels more connected and true to who they are.
Through my coaching and the communities I lead, I help people create spaces and opportunities where connection can take root.
I’ve long been interested in what makes relationships thrive, between individuals, and within communities and organisations. Over the years, I’ve worked with people in a range of contexts, on what often comes down to one question: how do we create long-term connections that feel both meaningful and fulfilling?
The answer is unique to each individual, but it often begins with understanding where connection feels safe, where it doesn’t, and why. And making different choices from there.
My sessions and programmes are both reflective and action-oriented. We take time to listen and reflect — to what isn’t working, to what feels unclear, and to what matters — but only so far as it helps clarify what needs to change. From there, the focus is on action: how to show up differently, what to prioritise, and to translate insight into real change.
My role is to think alongside you, listen carefully, challenge patterns when needed, and support you in making lasting changes that set you up for long-term success.
