I care deeply about connection.
A little bit more about me…
Hey!
So glad you’re here. Let me tell you a little bit more about myself.
I’ve never found making friends easy. I’m not quite an introvert, not quite an extrovert — somewhere in between. When I moved from London to Paris, that feeling deepened. It took time, courage, and guidance to realise that connection doesn’t just happen; we have to create the conditions for it.
The turning point came when I realised I could either keep waiting, or start engaging with life. I began getting involved in different spaces, meeting new people, and eventually founded Kind Coffee Paris, a community built around kindness and authenticity.
Through those experiences, I learned that connection begins with knowing yourself and grows when you find the right spaces and the right people.
I also began to notice how, as adults, we’re often encouraged to place most of our hopes for connection in romantic relationships. Over time, I came to see how much connection also lives in friendships, community, and shared meaning.
Once I stepped outside the idea that connection had to look a certain way, life opened up.
Today, as a reconnection coach, I help others do the same: move beyond isolation, build relationships that feel true, and rediscover connection as one of life’s greatest sources of joy.
Through my coaching and the communities I lead, I help people create spaces and opportunities where connection can take root.
I’ve long been interested in what makes relationships thrive — between individuals, and within communities and organisations. Over the years, I’ve worked with people in a range of contexts, on what often comes down to one question: how do we create long-term connections that feel both meaningful and fulfilling?
The answer is unique to each individual, but it often begins with understanding where connection feels safe, where it doesn’t, and why. And making different choices from there.
My sessions and programmes are both reflective and action-oriented. We take time to listen and reflect — to what isn’t working, to what feels unclear, and to what matters — but only so far as it helps clarify what needs to change. From there, the focus is on action: how to show up differently, what to prioritise, and to translate insight into real change.
My role is to think alongside you, listen carefully, challenge patterns when needed, and support you in making lasting changes that set you up for long-term success.
